“In the summer, I like to go camping and hiking in the mountains.”

“Sandy Neck.”

• What’s your favorite holiday?

“Thanksgiving.”

• What is something you want all of your students to know about you?

“I love my job and love the energy that young people bring every day. I couldn’t be happier coming back to teach where I went to high school.”

• What’s your favorite hobby?

“Anything to do with sports. Playing sports, watching sports, coaching sports.”

• If you weren’t a teacher, what would you be?

“If I weren’t a teacher, I would be coaching a sport at some level.”

• How would you describe your teaching style?

“I love to include hands-on activities. I try to create an environment where students feel comfortable and challenge themselves.”

• If you could choose one word to describe yourself, what would it be?

“Positive.”
